Jerome D. Dummars, SHRM-SCP

 

Jerome has over twenty years of experience in human resource management. In addition to his key strength in human resource information management systems, he possesses background in change management, employee relations, performance management, training, and training development.

 

Jerome has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and is a graduate of Strayer University where he earned his MS in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Organizational Development.  He has completed coursework towards his second degree in Project Management.  Jerome is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has earned certification as a Senior Certified Professional.  In addition, he is local chapter member of The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and commissioned by the State of Virginia as a Certified Notary.
